AirUni Connect — Terms of Service

By downloading or using the AirUni Connect app ("Service"), these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure that you read them carefully before using the app.

User Accounts & Termination

Certain features like Campus Chats require you to create an account using your official university email. You agree to provide accurate information during registration.

Account Deletion: You have the right to terminate your account and relationship with AirUni Connect at any time. You can instantly delete your account via the Chat Settings screen. Upon deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed.

Acceptable Use

When using features like Campus Chats, Lost & Found, or Society Events, you agree to adhere to our community standards. You must not:

Post abusive, defamatory, or obscene content.

Harass, bully, or intimidate other students.

Upload illegal content or intellectual property belonging to others without permission.

Attempt to extract the source code of the app, translate the app into other languages, or make derivative versions.

                    
                    Violation Consequence: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any user account that violates these terms, without prior notice.
                

End User License Agreement (EULA)

For iOS users downloading the app from the Apple App Store, the following standard End User License Agreement (EULA) terms apply:

Acknowledgment: This agreement is between you and AirUni Connect, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.

User-Generated Content (UGC): There is absolutely zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You can report abusive users or objectionable content directly within the app. Moderators will act on these reports within 24 hours by removing the content and ejecting the user who provided the offending content.

Maintenance & Support: Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to this application.

Third-Party Beneficiary: Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA. Upon your acceptance of this agreement, Apple will have the right to enforce it against you.

Premium Subscriptions

AirUni Connect offers optional Premium subscriptions. By purchasing Premium, you agree to the pricing and payment terms presented at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. For more details, please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Limitation of Liability

AirUni Connect is provided "as is" and "as available". While we strive to ensure the app is useful and reliable, we do not guarantee that the app will always be error-free or that access will be uninterrupted.

We accept no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the app.

Changes to Terms

We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
